This section describes changes that do not change what a class does.
If somebody were to adjust a class according to the advice give here, there will be no changes to any code outside the class. In other words, the interface of that class does not change.
There is one exception to this, which is refactoring names – this is accepted because it has no influence on what the code actually does.
